As an Ofsted-rated Good and Matrix-accredited organisation, our mission is to ‘Make Talent Shine,’ setting us apart from other training providers. Our programmes are designed to enhance employability, address skills gaps, and reduce shortages, focusing on guiding individuals toward meaningful work, decent pay, and narrowing employment gaps.
We deliver bespoke, aspirational programmes that create opportunities and enhance social mobility, particularly for those in the most disadvantaged communities. By aligning with local, regional, and national skills needs, we ensure a comprehensive impact.
We are committed to inclusivity, with 72% of our learners coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, including those living in high deprivation areas, care leavers, individuals who have faced homelessness, adversity, or discrimination, and those with learning difficulties, disabilities, or health problems.
In response to the Government’s ‘Plan for Jobs,’ we collaborated with over 40 leading employers to create more than 200 new job opportunities.
“I didn’t have any qualifications and felt lost until I connected with The Learning Foundry. My confidence soared, and I now work for Regenda Homes, doing a job I love. My dreams have become a reality.”
“Co-designing and delivering Project 5 with The Learning Foundry has improved employability opportunities for individuals who have experienced homelessness. Together, we have raised aspirations and equipped participants with the skills and confidence to achieve their goals.”
“Thanks to The Learning Foundry, I gained a placement with the Combined Authority inside Steve Rotheram’s office, the Metro Mayor of Liverpool. It was an opportunity I wouldn’t have found elsewhere.”
“The Learning Foundry helped me regain my confidence and rebuild my life for myself and my daughter. Without this course, I don’t know where I’d be today.”
