STAIRS stands for Social Tenants Access To Information Requirements Scheme.
It is a government scheme that is designed to make housing landlords more open, transparent and accountable to their customers. It will help you understand more about how Redwing operates, how decisions are made and how we look after your home and neighbourhood.
From 1st October 2026 we will publish information that we hold about the management of our homes and services. From 1st April 2027, social housing customers and their designated representatives will also be able to make written requests for information.
We have publicised this scheme into the seven STAIRs categories below.
