We’ll ask a few questions to understand your circumstances and where applicable, confirm your eligibility.
For Shared Ownership homes, we may need additional information such as income details, employment information and identification before arranging a viewing.
The exciting part! We’ll show you around the property, answer your questions and give you time to explore whether it feels like home.
Our top tip? Take photos and notes so you can compare properties afterwards.
Found the one? Submit an offer through our team and we’ll liaise with the seller on your behalf. If your offer is accepted, you’ll need to inform your mortgage provider and send us some additional financial information.
If you need mortgage support, we can signpost you to independent mortgage advisers.
Once your offer is accepted, solicitors will begin the legal work. This stage involves property searches, paperwork and checks, and can sometimes take a little while, especially if several buyers and sellers are involved.
We’ll keep in touch throughout and provide updates as soon as we can.
Once everything is agreed, contracts are exchanged and your completion date is confirmed. At this point, your purchase becomes legally binding.
The moment you’ve been waiting for. Once funds have been transferred and completion has taken place, we’ll arrnage for you to collect the keys to your new home.
